1. Booking Terms

• Clients can book appointments online through us. To complete the booking process, you are required to provide your phone number, first name, last name, and email address.
• By proceeding, you consent to receive SMS notifications from Dash Booking, including appointment reminders, verification codes, feedback requests and promotional messages. These messages will be sent to the phone number provided during your registration.

You may receive the following SMS notifications from us:

• - A one-time verification message.
• - A reminder 24 hours or 2 hours before your appointment.
• - A feedback request after your appointments.
• - Up to one promotional message per month from Victoria's Nail Spa.

To unsubscribe, reply "Stop" to any message, or "HELP" for assistance or call us at (516) 597-5999 for help. Standard message and data rates may apply.

2. Pricing and Services

• Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be held liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any service.
• The duration of services listed on our website and booking platform is an estimate. Actual service times may vary depending on individual needs and preferences. We strive to provide the best experience for every client.

3. Cancellation Policy

At Amore Spa, we understand that life happens! However, to ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain a seamless experience, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy

🌿 Cancellation / rescheduling with short notice will incur a cancellation fee

🌿 No-Shows: Unfortunately, no-shows will be charged the full service amount and wont be able to book online anymore, only through phone calls. We respect your time, and we ask that you do the same in return!

4. Appointment Deposit

At Amore Spa, an online deposit may be required for certain services at the time of booking. The deposit amount will vary depending on the service selected and will be applied towards your total payment on the day of your appointment.

You will be informed of any deposit requirement during the booking process. If applicable, deposits must be made via online payment to secure your appointment.

As a by-appointment-only business, we require this commitment to ensure our clients honor their scheduled bookings and to reduce last-minute cancellations. Deposits help us reserve time specifically for you, ensuring availability and quality service.

We Will Not Be Liable for Any Products or Gift Certificates Purchased by Mistake, and We Will Not Be Accountable for Misplacement or Replacement.
